Once artwork is approved your embroidered order will be available to be shipped from our F.O.B. Toronto facility within 4 days.

How many days does it take to receive a proof?
This is subjective to the decoration technique you choose:
- Embroidery: 3 Days
- Sequin Embroidery: 4 Days
- Laser Appliqué: 4 Days
- Reverse Appliqué: 4 Days
- Laser Etching: 4 Days
- Digital Printing: 2 Days
- Screen Printing: 2 Days

Do your Canadian prices include all the duty, taxes and freight from headoffice in NJ?
Our Canadian prices include all duties and freight (to our F.O.B. Toronto location). Taxes and intra-Canada freight will be charged at invoice.

Can samples be returned?
Yes! If returned within 45 days, we will credit 100% of the inspected goods (does not include freight)

How long will it take to receive a blank sample?
We maintain a significant sample library out of our F.O.B. Toronto location. These can be shipped same day and time in transit will be dependent on the shipping method. Please contact your sales representative for more details.

How long will it take to receive a decorated spec sample?
The lead time for spec samples is the same as our standard lead time for each decoration technique we offer.

Can I utilize the Zoom service in Canada?

I already have my digitized file with my local embroiderer. Can I submit this to Vantage and avoid the digitizing charge?
Vantage will convert your embroidery files for FREE. A swatch is recommended for first time use on any fabric. One electronic logo image is provided FREE. Please contact your Customer Service Representative for swatch pricing.

Can I ship to my US customers from Vantage’s Corporate Headquarters and use the USA price list?
Absolutely! Standard lead time applies.
